Sean Combs gets a star on Hollywood Blvd on May 5, 2008
This was one of the worst events I have ever been to. This guy was so full of himself that he arrived 45 minutes late. Then he and every celebrity that showed up for him were rude. It was not a great time, but I was there.
Howie Mandel gets his star on Hollywood Blvd on September 4, 2008
This guy is so nice, but I still am not sure what he has done to deserve this honor. Anyway, he is a real germaphobe so he wouldn't shake hands with anyone and didn't even want to sign autographs for fear that he would have to touch other peoples things. His mother-in-law came up to me and asked if I wanted my photo signed and of course I said yes. She took it over to Howie, made him stop what he was doing, gave him her pen and had him sign for me. WHen she came back I thanked her and she said,"no, thank you. Without peopple like you who knows what Howie would be doing in Canada".
Other people that were there were Jay Leno and a couple of deal or no deal girls. I had already gotten Jay's autograph before so I didn't bother him.

The Miracles were honored with a star on the Hollywood Blvd. on March 20, 2009.
This was one of the most exciting events I have been to. There was excitement in the air and everyone knew they were about to see one of the greats. WHen Smokey showed up everyone went wild and when Stevie Wonder arrived I thought there was going to be a riot. Barry Gordie was sitting right in front of me, so before the event even started I asked him to sign a photo. He was happy to do it, but while he was signing it his "manager" or whatever she was told him "no more" and she handed me back the photo. I did see him sign for a couple more people when she wasn't looking. I got all the members of the group to sign a photo that I had taken...all but Smokey. He refused to sign for anyone. Then this guy who I had struck up a conversation with before the event sees me and smiles. He walked over to me and asked if I wanted Smokey's signature. I said if he could do that that would be a "Miracle". He laughed, took my photo, walked over to Smokey, pointed over at me saying something and Smokey signed my picture. Mine was the only photo signed that day. Then when Stevie Wonder was leaving I stopped the man who was leading him out and asked if he could sign a poster that I had brought. He asked Stevie and he said "why not". He then signed it, in script and in braile markings. It was very strange to watch.
